GERMANIUM PIECES

Product #: GE-121

Product Description

GE 121 is a grayish-white, lustorus, brittle metalloid. Germanium improves the strength of alloys, transistors and semiconductors. Using germanium instead of silicon as transistor material would enable faster chips containing smaller transistors because higher switching speeds than in silicon could be achieved using germanium. Germainium is classified as a metalloid.
