Product Description
HfO2 is an off-white inorganic powder, which is one of the most common and stable compounds of hafnium. HF 601 is used in optical coatings and metal-oxide semiconductor devices. In thermocouples, it is used as an insulator. Hafnia can be used for Optical Vacuum Coatings, near-UV laser, dielectric mirrors, and additional optical coatings.
