Lanthana (La2O3) is an inorganic compound, white in color, and odorless. It is insoluble in water, and has a very high dielectic contant. Lanthantum Oxide films can be deposited by chemical vapor deposition (CVD), atomic layer deposition, thermal oxidation, sputtering systems and spray pyrolysis.
